The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra’s specifications hint at its durability and performance

Although the Android tablet market is not quite as robust as the smartphone market, it does have its stars. With a wide range of products that meet a wide range of requirements, Samsung has dominated this market. In the hope of providing a solution to users who desired some productivity comparable to that of a laptop, the company introduced the extremely large and highly capable Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra the previous year. A new leak suggests that the South Korean company may launch a successor to the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra later this year with significant improvements to performance and durability.

Ice Universe, a well-known leaker, says that Samsung’s upcoming premium tablet will have an IP68 water resistance, a custom chipset, and possibly more RAM than the base model. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 found in this year’s Galaxy S23 series should also be available in the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, as previously suggested. Despite the fact that the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra had 16GB of RAM, it was the most expensive and highest-end model. According to this source, this generation’s new starting point may be 16GB of RAM. We haven’t heard anything specific yet, but Samsung may include additional models with more RAM.

The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra receiving an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, which was absent from previous generations, might be the most exciting upgrade. In contrast, Apple’s iPad Pro already possesses the IP68 rating.
